As a Waiter at ABSURD, you will be a key part of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. You are not just serving food and drinks – you are guiding guests through our universe, creating energy around the table and making sure every visit feels unique.

Your responsibilities

• Create memorable guest experiences through confident, personal and engaging service.
• Present and explain our tasting menu, drinks and concept with passion and personality.
• Create a fun and energetic atmosphere while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Read the room and adapt your service to every guest and situation.
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure a seamless experience.
• Support your colleagues and contribute to a strong team culture where everyone helps each other succeed.

Who are you?

• You have experience in hospitality, preferably from a restaurant with high service standards.
• You are outgoing, confident and not afraid to show your personality.
• You have a natural curiosity and a passion for food, drinks and creating experiences.
• You have a strong eye for detail but understand that hospitality is also about connection and energy.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a team where things can get intense – and fun.
• You are willing to challenge traditions and bring your own spark to the experience.
