As a Kitchen Assistant at ABSURD, you will be an important part of our kitchen team. You will help create the foundation for a successful service by supporting our chefs, keeping the kitchen flowing and making sure everything is ready when it matters.

Your responsibilities

• Support the chefs during service and help ensure a smooth kitchen operation.
• Assist with service tasks, closing procedures and keeping the kitchen organised.
• Help maintain a clean, efficient and professional working environment.
• Support with preparation tasks when needed and according to your interests and development.
• Ensure equipment, stations and work areas are ready for service.
• Work closely with chefs and the rest of the team to create a strong and positive kitchen culture.
